Stephanie Pither
Hello! I’m Stephanie
After thriving for 13 years as a sought-after wedding planner, I found myself drained of joy and purpose, and buckling under the stress. Yoga changed that. Through both practice and teaching, I reclaimed my vitality, found my zen, and reignited my appreciation for life's simple pleasures. This journey also led me to adopt a minimalist lifestyle, inspiring me to assist others in decluttering, organizing, and simplifying their lives.
I completed my 200-hour yoga teacher training in 2015 and taught group fitness classes for the next 8 years. Then in 2023, I completed my 300-hour teacher training and became a certified Mindfulness Coach and Sound Healer. I felt the call to deepen beyond the physical postures and into the more profound, inspiring and fulfilling dimensions of yoga – which I now bring to you!
I’ve always had a passion for people – from studying psychology at USC to initial work in corporate events that lead to a successful career in event planning. And now, to sharing my passion for yoga, mindfulness and organization.
It is truly my greatest joy to empower others to clear the clutter, overcome their struggles and increase their joy in life.
