One of the many things I love about yoga is its ability to create space in our lives. It gives us the freedom to change, grow, expand and evolve to become the best possible version of ourselves. Clearing the physical clutter from our spaces offers the same life-changing benefits. In fact, the two go hand-in-hand.

Together we will identify the essential and remove the excess. I will then create a beautiful space with organizing systems in place that will be easy for you to maintain for optimal long-term results. We can tackle one space at a time, or get the whole house done in a matter of weeks. You decide.

Whether you’re looking for adventure, relaxation or connection, going on a yoga retreat can be a life-changing experience. My retreats are mindfully curated to create space for each and every guest. My team will handle every last detail so you can just relax and enjoy the adventure.

WELCOME, WELLNESS SEEKEr!

Hello! I’m Stephanie

After 13 years as a successful wedding planner, I had lost my joy and purpose in life. The constant stress was wearing me down. I turned to yoga to help me restore balance in my life and find my zen. I completed my 200-hour yoga teacher training in 2015 and taught group fitness classes for the next 8 years.

Practicing and teaching yoga restored my vitality, calmed my being, and got me back to enjoying the simple things in life. During this time, I also embraced a more minimalist lifestyle and began helping others declutter, organize and simplify their lives. In 2023, I completed my 300-hour teacher training and became a certified Mindfulness Coach and Sound Healer.

As an experienced 500-hour RYT, YACEP provider and professional home organizer, it’s my honor and greatest joy to serve others who seek to make room for what matters most. Both yoga and home organizing create the space we truly need in our lives – clearing the way for more inspiration, clarity and joy.
